3G Proxy d.o.o. is a company that operates from Montenegro and Germany. Among several activities, 3G Proxy may receive data or personal information from its’ clients or users. The purpose of the Privacy Notice is to explain the permitted use of this data, and to explain and give 3G Proxy’s users and clients information regarding what kind of data 3G Proxy stores, and what options the users and clients have with respect to this data.

Basic information:

• We are NOT processing and not storing any personal information that is not received by us directly from the subject.
• We are minimizing the personal data that is requested and stored as far as possible.
• You can always contact us (email: data@3gproxy.com) and request that we will share with you the data we have, and delete such data (if any).
• All of 3G Proxy’s services are limited to the age of 18. In case of use under this age, a paternal consent must be obtained.

Personal information due to registration to 3G Proxy’s services:

When you register to 3G Proxy, you are requested to provide the following information:

• Email
• Name
• Company

We are keeping this information and use this information for billing and internal marketing purposes (i.e. such information is NOT transferred to any 3rd party). In addition, we are keeping data regarding the amount of usage of 3G Proxy (amount of calls to our servers). Moreover, we are keeping records on you billing information, as needed by Montenegrin law. We may also keep records of tests made by the users, however – we DO NOT store information regarding the tests made by a specific user.
